Ok, yeah but the horse needs more muscles. c: The back/body is long as you said, and the all legs are sort of thick I think? The stomach should perhaps be bigger and more rounded too?
I think the stomach is the biggest problem, makes the horse look sort of skinny. Fix that and I bet everything will look better, the proportion (or what is it called?) will at least look better. :0
